GENERAL DESCRIPTION

KITCHEN

The 11 ft of raised eating counter provides ample space for a large dinner party while not isolating the chef from his / her guests. The ground floor office with built in granite desk is defined space but visually integrated. Office or computer work can be done here while still being “out of the way” yet a part of what is happening.

TERRACES

There is a private covered terrace overlooking the back yard and is accessed through sliding glass doors from the kitchen. It is ideal for private meals, barbequing or just sitting quietly outdoors.
