This unit can sleep up to 6 guests in beds. The master bedroom has two twin beds, and a conversion package to make it into a King. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. In the study / office there is a convertible couch that folds down to make a full size bed for 1-2 adults, or two children. The living room has a comfortable couch that can be slept on, and love seat. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. The unit comes with local phone service and cable TV with Spanish and English channels. Wifi Internet is available at the pool as well as at many cafes and restaurants in town. This unit also has two bathrooms, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Central AC keeps it nice and cool inside. This unit has great views of the pool area and mountains. In between the trees there is a SLIGHT ocean view. This unit is just 1.5 blocks to the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a large pool and a smaller kids pool, playground areas for the kids, and multiple barbecue cabanas for poolside picnics.
